Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes. The postal service covers US, and almost the entire world.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The orders will be shipped as soon as possible.
Most orders will take 4 to 7 days to arrive, however it can take up to 2 weeks. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
By default, orders will be shipped using regular mail.
Originals and requested orders will be shipped with tracking number. You may request this last option contacting me.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
This is a little personal store and most of products are made on demand. So:
* I do not accept returns or exchanges, sorry.
* If you receive the wrong item in your order, please email us immediately. We will review your order and take steps quickly to correct the mistake.
I received a damaged item...
I do my best to package every order in a manner that will protect the objects inside (also I write on the envelope to don't bend and so) however I can not guarantee delicate handling from the shipping services. (and yes, they aren't delicated sometimes!)
If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. I can't offer you a new item or discount unless you paid for a registered shipping. It's supposed to have a insurance but work best with lost items. If the envolope arrive opened or deteriorated, please, note it to the deliverer. We will ask to you to take some photos of the damaged product.
I didn't received my item / My item is lost...
In the very rare case of a lost shipment due to post office mishandling or a wrong shipping adress I also cannot give your money back due to the fact that it wasn't my mistake.
We encourage to choose the registered shipment for original paintings and limited editions. In this case we can fight for the lost item.
If you have any further questions or comments about your order, please send an email with the contact form provided. I do my best to answer all emails, however some weeks I may delay due to holidays or uncontrollable circumstances.
